the full moon this month is absolutely one to work with.

we’ll meet for an 1hr-long flow, focusing on chandra namaskar (moon salutations) and deep, restorative stretches in the body. all participants will receive a customized tarot reading, too!

practice will be at 4pm on sunday october 25th, at Raleigh Unrushed.
