Community. Connection. Accountability. Authenticity.

At the heart of any Karley Kimbro experience live four core values. The definitions below are embedded in each offering, carried in every conversation, and centered in practice each day. From my heart to yours.

Community

We belong together. In equality, in safety, in the shared experience of our lives. Community is the result of intentional work, whether it be in a yoga practice or on an excursion during a retreat. When we come together as embodied individuals, we are able to exist in true belonging. To exist in the beauty of a tapestry woven from the collective who made it.

Accountability

Accountability does not mean over-extension of the self, rigidity or criticism. It is rather a balance between responsibility to self and the collective. A constant inquiry on where I am and where I end, what do I know and what do I not know. An inner connection with outward impact. The discipline to be soft, understanding and unwaveringly committed to integrity.

Connection

This is the measure by which community is made. In an age where relationships feel distant, forced and even non-existent at times, true human connection is a balm for our soul. Vulnerability, movement, breath and joy: these are access points to connection. When we set conditions for others to be seen, we are then seen, too.

Authenticity

To be fully oneself. To understand that the self is a reflection of the communities and connections which influenced our development. To be fervently accountable to the true “you” within. A constant exploration.
