What to Expect:

Connect mind and body through daily movement. Morning sessions will physically energize while evening practices spiritually soothe. Best part? Everything is optional, nothing is required.
❋ Connection + Care
With only 8 spots available, this experience offers an intimate setting. We’ll have group sessions and 1:1 time so that you’ll get to know yourself and others through the course of our time together.
All spots are $675 per person.
Note that all rooms are shared: there are 2 King Suites (2 occupants in each). and 1 Double-Bunk Room (4 occupants). Should you wish to stay solo, please reach out for updated pricing.
To secure your spot and select a room, click the “Book Now” button to send an email! If you are traveling with a bestie or group, please specify your roommate(s) in your registration email. Deposits can be made through Venmo and will be taken on a first-come first-serve basis. While deposits are non-refundable, payment plans are always an option.
