Bridge the mind and body through daily movement. Morning sessions will energize you while evening practices soothe your spirit. Best part? Every movement offering is optional.

With limited spots and a curated schedule, this experience offers an intimate setting. We’ll have group sessions and 1:1 time so that you’ll get time to connect with yourself and others. Expect to leave feeling heart-warmed (and sun-kissed).
Total retreat investment is $675/person.
Note that all rooms are shared: there are 2 King Suites (2 occupants in each) and 1 Double-Bunk Room (4 occupants). Should you wish to stay solo, make note in your registration email.

Your deposit of $250 can be made through Venmo. While deposits are non-refundable, payment plans for your remaining balance will be set up accordingly.
